Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a stunning design-style experience, but some aspects like room comfort and service need improvement. The location is perfect for exploring the city.
The hotel has a great location, just steps away from the downtown scene in beautiful Puebla. The rooms are nicely designed but lack drawers and have plastic-like wooden floors. The service was excellent and made great efforts to meet our needs. The dining experience is a nice perk with varying food quality. Overall, a lovely mix of tradition and new in Puebla.
The hotel truly had a dreamy feel with unique room concepts like the beautiful bathtub and charming balcony overlooking the city. However, the lack of windows might make you feel a bit enclosed. The service was a mix of indifferent and friendly, but Manuel stood out with his attentive care. The location was perfect for exploring the Centro Historico, blending a relaxing tropical vibe with proximity to key attractions. The dining experience offered a varied array of local dishes, though the quality could vary. Overall, a place filled with splendid little details and a touch of magic.
