The hotel has a great location, just steps away from the downtown scene in beautiful Puebla. The rooms are nicely designed but lack drawers and have plastic-like wooden floors. The service was excellent and made great efforts to meet our needs. The dining experience is a nice perk with varying food quality. Overall, a lovely mix of tradition and new in Puebla.
